Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what the followoid.com platform may and may not be used for. By accessing the platform or purchasing a service, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

1. Permitted Uses

• Purchasing services for social media accounts that belong to you or a legitimate business
• Social media agencies placing orders on behalf of clients (with client consent)
• Using the platform's API or interface in accordance with the service terms

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Content-Based Prohibitions

• Ordering services for accounts that contain terrorist propaganda, incitement to violence, or hate speech
• Purchasing services for accounts hosting obscene content, child sexual abuse material, or otherwise illegal content
• Placing orders for accounts designed to spread disinformation or fake news

2.2 Activity-Based Prohibitions

• Generating artificial engagement with the intent to harm a competitor's social media account
• Purchasing growth services for accounts engaged in fraud or fake selling
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime
• Operating bots, scrapers, or automated click tools on the platform
• Attempting to circumvent usage restrictions by opening multiple accounts

2.3 Technical Prohibitions

• Attempting unauthorised access to Followoid systems
• Cyber-attacks, DDoS attempts, or vulnerability scanning
• Uploading files containing malware or viruses to the platform

3. Responsibility for Third-Party Platform Compliance

You alone are responsible for which social media accounts you apply purchased services to, and for ensuring that use is consistent with the terms of service of the relevant platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.). Followoid cannot be held liable for losses arising from third-party platform decisions (account suspension, content removal, bans, etc.).

4. Consequences of Violations

Users found to have violated this policy may be subject to the following actions at Followoid's discretion:

• Warning notification
• Cancellation of the relevant orders
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account closure and balance freeze
• Referral to law enforcement authorities

5. Reporting Violations

If you identify a use you believe violates this policy, please report it to info@followoid.com. All reports are treated confidentially.

This policy may be updated without prior notice. The current version will always be published on this page.
