Terms of Use

Dual Jurisdiction Notice: These Terms apply Turkish law to transactions in Turkey and English law to transactions in the United Kingdom. The applicable legal framework is detailed in Section A and Section B.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between followoid.com ("Platform") and any individual or legal entity ("User") who uses the Platform. By registering or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The followoid.com domain and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Service: Social media growth services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Spotify, and other platforms — including followers, likes, views, comments, saves, and similar engagement.
• Order: A service request created by the User and confirmed by payment.
• Balance: Pre-loaded credit held in the User's account and available to spend on services.
• Target Account: The social media profile or piece of content to which a service is to be delivered.

3. Account and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Only one account per natural person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials (username, password) confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Report any suspected account compromise immediately to info@followoid.com.

4. Service Scope and Limitations

After an order is received, the Platform uses all reasonable care to deliver the stated quantity of social media engagement to the target account. The following situations fall outside the guarantee:

• The target account is set to private
• The username provided at checkout is incorrect or has been changed
• A policy change or technical restriction imposed by the relevant social media platform
• The User suspends or deletes their account

5. Third-Party Platform Terms

You alone are responsible for the social media accounts to which you apply purchased services and for compliance with the terms of service of those platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Followoid cannot be held liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans arising from third-party platform policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Purchasing services for accounts engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities
• Placing orders for accounts containing terrorism, hate speech, violence, or obscene content
• Using orders as a tool to harm competitor accounts
• Attempting unauthorised access to Platform systems, or using bots or scraping tools
• Attempting to obtain other users' account credentials
• Using the Platform for money laundering or fraud

Accounts found in breach of these prohibitions may be closed without warning and balances may not be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, design, software, text, graphics) is the property of Followoid and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. It may not be copied, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Followoid's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from social media platform policy changes, uncertainty about target account ownership, or the User's own conduct.

Section A — Turkey

Transactions in Turkey are governed by Turkish law, including Law No. 6502 (Consumer Protection Act), Law No. 6098 (Code of Obligations), and Law No. 5651. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

Section B — United Kingdom

Transactions in the United Kingdom are governed by English law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the UK GDPR. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes.

9. Amendments

Followoid reserves the right to update these Terms without prior notice. The current Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
